Addict sold heroin to garda, had cannabis

A DUBLIN man has been jailed for eight months for selling heroin to an undercover garda.

Paul Bradley (33) was dealing drugs to feed his own habit at the time, Dublin District Court heard.

Bradley, of Thomas Court Bawn, Pimlico, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin for sale or supply at Aston Quay on February 23 last.

He also admitted to possession of cannabis resin at Pearse Street Garda Station on the same date.

The court heard he sold €20 worth of heroin to an undercover garda and €10 worth of cannabis was found on him.

He had 92 previous convictions.

Bradley was a drug user at the time and was selling to get money to feed his own habit, his solicitor Daniel Hanahoe said.
