New 'pitch doctor' gets the go-ahead in Adland
Adland has yet another consultant to advise advertisers on agency selection.
The latest 'pitch doctor' to be accredited by both the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) and the Association of Advertisers (AAI) is the London consultancy, Creative Brief, whose clients include Diageo and Bord Bia here and Ann Summers and the BBC in the UK.
Some ad agencies are not best pleased by the growth in 'pitch doctoring' and question their worth.
But some 'doctors' are respected former agency heads and marketers, like Brian Sparks, of Agency Assessments, and Empirica's Conor Quinn and Claire Cluskey.
