Marine surveys off Dublin coast

Marine surveys on behalf of the Greater Dublin Drainage (GDD) project will be taking place off the coast of the north-side this summer.

GDD is the project to develop a new regional wastewater treatment facility.

It involves a new wastewater treatment plant at Clonshaugh, an underground orbital sewer, two pumping stations and an outfall pipeline discharging treated wastewater 1km north-east of Ireland's Eye.

The survey takes place from mid-July to August.
