Man is sent for trial over drugs charges
A DUBLIN man has been sent for trial charged with having cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy for sale or supply at his home.
Darren Snee (24) had a book of evidence served on him at Blanchardstown District Court.
Mr Snee, with an address at Oak Court Close, Palmerstown, is charged with possession of all three drugs with intent to sell or supply.
The offences, under Section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, are alleged to have occurred at the accused's home on January 18 last year.
A state solicitor said the DPP was consenting to the accused being returned for trial to Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
Judge David McHugh gave Mr Snee the formal notice that he must provide to the prosecution details of any alibi he intends to rely on in his trial.
