Man arrested in Phoenix Park
A MAN has denied a breach of the peace in the Phoenix Park on the same day that popular dance act Swedish House Mafia performed there.
Douglas Purcell (30) was arrested by gardai on July 7 as he was allegedly drunk and causing a disturbance.
Judge Denis McLoughlin adjourned the matter to a date in October for hearing.
The accused, of Melville Square in Finglas, Dublin, appeared before Blanchardstown District Court charged with public drunkenness and threatening and abusive behaviour.
