Vogue hits the gym at 8am as she seeks to get over love split
It's been business as usual for model and presenter Vogue Williams since her high-profile split from husband Brian McFadden.
"Vogue is trying to keep up her normal routine at the moment - she was up early and was at the gym before eight yesterday morning," a source said.
"She's throwing herself into working out - it takes her mind off things.
"After she had a personal training session at The Gym in Howth, she went to a pal's house before going to get her hair done - she's trying to keep things as normal as possible."
Vogue (29) recently bought an apartment in Howth and moved back to Dublin from their base in London.
Friends and family have been popping in over the last few days to see the apartment and support her.
Meanwhile, Brian (35) - who is believed to be staying with his family in Dublin - took to Twitter yesterday to thank his fans.
"Thanks for all the messages of support.
"It means a lot to Vogue and I," he wrote.
The former Westlife singer (inset) also replied to a number of fans, thanking them personally for their kind words.
The couple announced their split on Tuesday evening via their Twitter accounts and said they hoped to "remain friends".
"We will always care greatly about each other, remain friends and wish each other all the very best for the future," they said.
"We have nothing else to say on the subject and we would like to thank our friends and family for their support during this difficult period."
Meanwhile, Brian's former band mate Shane Filan has said he was "shocked" by their split.
"I've just heard about it - I'm shocked actually, really shocked," he said.
"I chatted to him a couple of weeks ago about something that was golf related, but yeah I'm really shocked."
Speaking to Now magazine at a Warner Music party in London, Shane said he hasn't seen Brian for seven years and never met Vogue.
"I was absolutely stunned. I hope Brian's okay, that's the most important thing."
Shane's comments come as those close to the couple say they weren't surprised at the break-up. It's believed the pair had been growing apart for months.
