Tommy Bowe has officially converted from a rugby player to a model and fashion designer to launch his second clothing collection. The 30-year-old stars in the latest campaign images for XV Kings by Tommy Bowe.

The rugby hunk, who is engaged to his girlfriend of three years, former Miss Wales Lucy Whitehouse, is putting the finishing touches on the new collection, ahead of the official launch on November 10.

And in images that will melt any female rugby fan's heart - he even drafted in his family pet chocolate brown labrador for the shoot.

After his debut collection last year performed well critically and commercially, he's back for more to complement his Lloyd & Pryce shoe range, which has performed consistently for the last three years.

Tommy shot the new campaign at his home at Emyvale, Monaghan.

Organisers are pulling out all the stops for the VIP, invite-only launch event where his famous friends and close family members will attend.

The new collection is all- American inspired, based on what the average man would wear to a rugby match.

But Tommy is the first to admit his fashion sense hasn't always been spot on.

"I'm not the most fashionable guy out there, I'm not quite walking around in my skinny jeans and up to date with the latest trends," he said.

"But I take pride in my appearance like I think most Irish men do.

"It's been incredible the success that we've had. The brand has grown so much in three years, to now launch a new brand is very exciting. I'm trying to be as hands on as I can."

Bowe said he wants his clothes to be both practical and stylish.

"We're not going too out there with styles, but you'll look sharp," he added. "You can wear it to rugby matches but also out at the weekend.

"I'd like to give myself a new challenge, I'd like to get into business. I don't think I'll stay in rugby after I hang up my boots, and working with this has given me real insight."
