"I do weight training three days a week and love the feeling of building physical strength.

"I think it's much better than doing something short- sighted, such as a fad diet.

"I also do Pilates, which is a completely different sort of exercise and builds core strength and is great for deep breathing.

"I don't exercise early as I'm not a morning person and tend to train better later on in the day.

"I think regular exercise is great for you in every way. Not only are you fitter, but you have more energy, too."
