"Back in February and March, we ran a 'Let's Get Physical' challenge on Beat 102-103, with Unislim and some gyms. Seeing how the contestants really worked their new healthy eating and exercise plans into their lives was amazing. One of the great tips they were given was to skip for 10 minutes in the morning as soon as they got up. Naturally, I gave this a go myself and I love it. It wakes you up and although it's tough while you're doing it, you feel really energised afterwards and it's a great way to get one of your exercise sessions done before you even have your breakfast."
