Jennifer Aniston: Yoga is her main source of exercise, but for her pert bum she does regular step-ups:place one foot on a step or platform and push through the heel to lift your body up.

Claire Danes: She said: "It's annoyingly obvious: sleep, exercise, eating real foods." She also does consistent exercise like hiking, Pilates and martial arts.

Pippa Middleton: She's a keen devotee of Pilates, calling the classes a "weekly necessity".

Cameron Diaz: The actress uses a mixture of Pilates, cardio and weight training to stay in shape.
