"What works for me is maintaining a relatively balanced diet and exercising as much as I can. I eat healthily with lots of fish, vegetables and fruit which gives me the sustenance I need, as well as all the right vitamins. I allow myself some treats but I just don't go overboard. When I exercise I want to enjoy it, so I prefer yoga and Pilates, which I am doing three times a week. I try to walk everywhere, as opposed to taking the car. It's a simple plan, but it works really well for me and my lifestyle."
