win a super city break

The world is full of steps -- the Spanish Steps in Rome, the Montmartre steps in Paris and, closer to home, the ancient monoliths of the Giant's Causeway in Co Antrim.

With the Flora Women's Mini Marathon just around the corner, you can take a further step to keeping your heart healthy by using the Flora Heart Age Tool, an online tool found at www.floraheartage.com. This will help you find out what shape your heart is in -- plus you could win one of five great girls' weekends away.

Just tell us what steps you take to lowering your heart age and you could win a great trip for yourself and three friends for two nights to Rome, Paris (pictured right), Budapest, Monte Carlo or Belfast.

To enter, simply buy a Flora Original, Flora Light, Flora Buttery or Flora pro.activ product in any participating Dunnes Stores nationwide and pick up a competition leaflet.

In the meantime, you can log onto www.florawomensminimarathon.ie or the Flora Women's Mini Marathon Facebook page for some delicious Flora Heart Healthy recipes.

Good luck!

A steady stream of women filed into Elverys in Galway last Friday where registration for the Flora Women's Mini Marathon began. The registration road show then moved on to Limerick and Kilkenny. This week it moved to Elverys stores in Sligo on Friday, Mullingar on Saturday and Dundalk on Sunday.

Dublin registration, in conjunction with the Women's World Show, starts in the RDS, Simmonscourt on Friday June 4 and continues all day Saturday and Sunday. At all the venues you can also find this year's special mini marathon range of clothing, plus those last-minute purchases you may need, such as laces and water bottles.

This year's mini marathon sees the return of the water station at the 3km mark on the Merrion Road. From close to the RDS and AIB Bank Centre on both sides of the road for about 300m, 250ml bottles of Ballygowan water will be distributed. Water will also be available as usual on the Stillorgan Road, close to the start and after the finish of the event.
