Flora French toast
100ml skimmed milk
100ml fresh orange juice
1tsp ground cinnamon
4 seeded bagels -- sliced in half, lengthways
1tsp Flora Buttery
1 Whisk together the eggs, milk, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon.
2 Transfer mixture to a long, shallow dish and soak the bagel halves in it.
3 Melt the Flora Buttery in a non-stick frying pan. On a medium heat, fry batches of the bagel halves for a couple of minutes or so each side until nicely browned. You may need to add extra Flora Buttery as you go. Set aside on a plate with kitchen roll when cooked. Serve as they are.
