Mojito INGREDIENTS
4 green apples, quartered, cored and cut into wedges
2 large handfuls of curly kale
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
Freshly squeezed juice of ½-1 lime
1-2 tsp barleygrass powder
Crushed ice, to serve
Serves 2
METHOD
1. Juice the apples, kale and three-quarters of the mint - add a splash of the lime juice if the juicer struggles with the kale.
2. Stir the lime juice and barleygrass into the juice and pour into two glasses filled with crushed ice.
3. Chop the reserved mint leaves and sprinkle over the top before serving.
detox INGREDIENTS
2 pears, quartered and cored
1 celery stick
1 handful of spinach
2 large handfuls of curly kale
½ large cucumber, quartered lengthways
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
1-2 tsp chlorella powder
Serves 2
METHOD
1. Juice the pears, celery, spinach, kale and cucumber.
2. Stir in the lemon juice and chlorella until combined.
3. Pour into two glasses and serve.
