½ lemon, peeled, pith discarded, and cut into chunks
Small wedge (about 180g) honeydew melon, peeled, deseeded cut into chunks
½ cucumber, cut into chunks
1 celery stick, cut into chunks
100g green seedless grapes
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Serves 1
METHOD
1. Press all the ingredients through a juicer into a jug. Divide between three glasses and serve.
