Do you go to the gym or classes?
Not at the moment, it's summer and I'm on strike! I was 14 stone eight years ago and I worked hard three times a week to lose weight. I then spent two years trying to keep it off. Now I try to eat well, Monday to Friday.
Do you take vitamins or supplements?
Yes, I take a green tea capsule, a multi-vitamin and vitamin C. I also have omega-3 oil in juices and salads.
Have you ever been in hospital? If so, for what?
Yes unfortunately. I've had my appendix and tonsils out in my 20s, and three cysts in my 30s.
What was your worst illness?
I had pre-eclampsia in both pregnancies which made me very nervous for the babies' health and my own.
What is your favourite cure?
Poached eggs with relish, brown soda bread, OJ and coffee.
Do you get your five-a-day?
I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, salad, salmon and chicken. I don't eat much meat except during the summer at barbecues.
Too many eggs and coffee. I'm a savoury girl and can't resist crisps.
Do you diet?
Never. I am good and if I have a bad day I'll try harder the next day. Except for summer days, like today!
What's your diet like?
Good normally. I always have breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, snack. I eat small meals and often. I eat more now than when I was bigger.
How many hours sleep do you need?
I go to bed at 9pm or 10pm, Monday to Thursday, and the same on Sunday. I wake up early every day, at about 6.30am, even on weekends and holidays. Once I'm awake I'm up and out.
How many hours sleep do you actually get?
Mostly eight or nine hours, but I can function on less, maybe four to five hours.
Do you have any health goals?
Yes, to get back on track in September and to tone up, and say goodbye to all dodgy areas. Well some, I'll hide the rest, I'm good at that!
What is your favourite leisure activity?
I don't enjoy exercising but I like cycling. Especially cycling to the village with the kids and having a hot chocolate.
