DO YOU GO TO THE GYM OR CLASSES?
I do a workout at home. I have a cross-trainer and also go for a swim once a week.
DO YOU TAKE VITAMINS OR SUPPLEMENTS?
During the winter I take vitamin supplements, such as Centrum Multi-Vitamins, because I tend to get chest infections.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN HOSPITAL?
No, never, thank God. I hope it stays that way!
WHAT WAS YOUR WORST ILLNESS?
I've never had a really bad illness, but when I was nine years of age I had a horrific dose of chicken pox. I caught it when I was on holidays with my family, which meant that I couldn't play in the pool, or enjoy the sun. But, thankfully, I've never gotten anything else on the same scale.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CURE IF YOU ARE SICK?
My favourite cure is definitely Lemsip Max Strength. Nothing it can't cure!
WOULD YOU GET YOUR FIVE-A-DAY?
I would probably get 10-a-day! I adore fruit and veg.
I have a weakness for chocolate and savoury snacks like crisps. I also don't think I could turn down a tub of Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
I have a healthy diet anyway, so I just watch what I eat. I think consistency is the key to maintaining your weight.
ANY FAMILY AILMENTS?
Thankfully, no. We're a pretty healthy bunch.
HOW MANY HOURS SLEEP WOULD YOU GET A NIGHT?
I'd try and get 10 hours a night. I love my sleep.
DO YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH GOALS?
I would like to try yoga or Pilates to improve my posture and flexibility.
DO YOU SMOKE OR HAVE YOU EVER SMOKED? IF YOU QUIT, WHEN DID YOU DO SO?
No, I've never smoked.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE LEISURE ACTIVITY?
It would have to be swimming. I used to swim competitively and have hard training sessions, but now I swim for relaxation and enjoyment.
I also love cooking and going out and dancing with friends.
