DO YOU GO TO THE GYM OR CLASSES?
I'm not a fan of the gym, I don't think I have enough discipline to work out on my own! I do go to Bikram yoga classes at least twice a week — 90 minutes of heat, always a great way to relax and think about no one but you.
DO YOU TAKE VITAMINS OR SUPPLEMENTS?
I take multivitamins in the winter. I take them just in case I don't get them in my daily intake of veg and fruit. At times, I take ginseng to give me some extra energy when I have a lot on.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN HOSPITAL?
I have only been to hospital once, to get my tonsils removed two years ago. It was great, but I didn't get all the jelly that was promised to me, they tend to give you toast so that your throat heals faster.
WHAT WAS YOUR WORST ILLNESS?
I used to get tonsillitis a lot. I would be sick in bed for about a week at a time, and I'd get it at least every three months, so that wasn't fun. I haven't been sick like that since I had my tonsils out.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CURE?
Chocolate . . . for some reason I think that cures everything.
WOULD YOU GET YOUR FIVE A DAY?
I'd have one or two pieces of fruit a day and I tend to eat a lot of veg. My favourite meal is salad, so what I don't eat in fruit I make up for in veg.
I probably eat way too many pizzas. When I have a pizza I always have to have a can of coke — the two just go hand in hand.
I can honestly say no, I haven't. The closest I've come to dieting is giving up sweets for Lent.
ANY FAMILY AILMENTS?
Not that I'm aware of!
HOW MANY HOURS SLEEP WOULD YOU GET A NIGHT?
I try to get 10, but most nights I get about eight or nine . . . because I sit up with my laptop looking at Twitter.
DO YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH GOALS?
Keeping healthy is always a goal of mine. When I look after myself I feel good about myself and I have lots of extra energy.
DO YOU SMOKE OR HAVE YOU EVER SMOKED?
No, never have and never will. I've always been anti smoking — can't stand the smell.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE LEISURE ACTIVITY.
I love skiing, but don't get to do that as much as I would like. Going for walks or cycles in different places is always fun.
