Beauty salon owner laura mcloughlin likes to get a spray tan and then hit the town with her friends ...

On Friday night, I'd: Finish work about 7.30pm and get my spray tan done at the salon for the weekend. Then I head home to chill out on the couch and usually have a cheeky takeaway from Bombay Pantry to finish off the night.

My favourite stiff drink is: Vodka, slimline tonic and a slice of lime from Lost Society in The Powerscourt Townhouse Centre. It's refreshing and not too heavy on calories. I find this drink doesn't give me a bad hangover, either.

Saturday morning lie-on or gym session?: If I'm not in work, I'll have a lie on. The gym is strictly Monday to Friday, and I prefer to use my weekends for relaxing and having fun and taking it easy.

My favourite item of clothing is: My skinny jeans from French Connection. I love them, they're so comfortable and can be worn from day to night so easily. I always change it up with a lighter pair in the summer and then darker for winter.

My Saturday Night Fever: I love getting glammed up and going into town with the girls for a catch up. We normally have a few drinks somewhere or enjoy a nice dinner – our favourite place at the moment is Asador on Haddington Road. After dinner and a few cocktails we finish the night off with a dance, normally in Madison Nightclub on Wicklow Street.

My favourite hangover cure: Two packets of Tayto Ripples Sour Cream and Onion, a bottle of Coke, and a Cadbury Marvellous Creations. Barmy new fav!

On Sunday, I rest by: ...lying on the sofa. Sunday is a big duvet day for me. Unless I'm hangover free and then maybe I'll visit to the farmer's market in The People's Park in Dun Laoghaire.

I'm currently reading: Gone Girl, a thriller by American writer Gillian Flynn about a husband suspected of murdering his wife.

My last supper: I was at Taste of Dublin last weekend and had a fantastic time stuffing my face and trying out all the restaurants' top dishes. The Green Hen, Jaipur and Rock Lobster were some of my favourites at the food festival, so something from all of them.
