Alternating Single Arm Rowing

Works the upper and middle back and back of the shoulder. Stand with your feet slightly apart, bend your knees and sit the hips back. Keep the shoulders back, tummy tight and stick your bum out. Let your arms hang down in front and, one at a time, pull the weight towards your shoulder bringing your elbow high to the back.
