Lender is struck off
Russia's central bank revoked the licence of OAO Master-Bank, a retail lender where President Vladamir Putin's cousin serves on the board, after accusing it of repeatedly breaching money laundering laws.
The lender, the biggest to lose its licence this year, failed to comply with legislation and falsified accounting, according to a central bank statement.
