Kayal wants Malaga tie
ERAM KAYAL has broken ranks with his team-mates and revealed he wants Celtic paired with Malaga in Thursday's Champions League draw.
Kris Commons, Charlie Mulgrew and Fraser Forster have all stated their wish to be drawn against Manchester United but Kayal feels that Malaga present Celtic with the best chance of reaching the last eight.
There are three German sides, Borussia Dortmund, Schalke 04 and Bayern Munich, in the draw alongside Juventus and PSG but after studying their form, fit-again Kayal fancies a trip to Spain as Celtic prepare to extend their European adventure.
"Malaga would be a brilliant draw for us," he claimed. "We need to do the job in the Champions League. We all want to believe we can win against anyone, we're professionals and we are playing on a higher level now.
"There is no one we want to avoid in the draw. We would be happy to take Malaga but we just need to wait until Thursday to see.
"We are still hungry to prove a lot in Europe."
