Jedward line up new documentary
X Factor twins Jedward (19) are in discussions about a making a new TV series for BBC, the Herald can reveal.
Despite the next batch of talented contestants taking prominence in the headlines over the past few months, the Lucan twins show no sign of losing their popularity anytime soon.
Their manager Louis Walsh has revealed that they are in negotiations about filming another fly-on-the-wall documentary series, following on from the success of their ITV series. They are also due to fly to South Africa shortly to film another ad after signing up to yet another big campaign.
"They're going to South Africa next week to do a TV ad. They're also in the panto, they're up for a possible TV series on BBC, there's so much happening in Jedward-land.
"They're making a fortune -- they pay me, I work for them and they have made an awful lot of money. The thing is, they're not in it for the money, they just love it, they live it and breathe it."
The pair jetted home to join a host of stars including Westlife and Olly Murs at last night's Cheerios Childline concert in the O2 arena.
They have completed a sell-out tour all over Britain and will take to the stage at the Olympia Theatre to play the part of the Fairy Godbrothers in Cinderella. The quiff-haired X Factor stars will receive a cool €100,000 fee.
