I'm going to be a mum, reveals Una

The Tipperary native, who is engaged to English rugby star Ben Foden, said her boyfriend is delighted with the news and is looking forward to being a father.

The singer, who turns 30 next month, revealed that she was three months pregnant.

The couple's child is due to arrive in March and she is expected to talk about her pregnancy further on tonight's Late Late Show.

Una and Ben have been dating for two years and share a home together in London.

Una admitted that while the baby is a surprise, the couple are thrilled to be expecting.

"I'm really happy," she said.

"It was totally unexpected, but me and Ben are really excited," she added.

Una's bandmates have congratulated the flame-haired singer and are looking forward to welcoming the new addition.

"We're so excited for Una," said fellow bandmate Rochelle Wiseman.

"We can't wait to have a sixth Saturday. Ben and Una are going to be fab parents," she added. A source close to the pair said that Una has no intentions of quitting the popuular girlband.

He said: "Una and Ben are totally delighted with the news. Una is glowing and plans to continue working."
