I never put on weight - but I still work on it

EVEN though I work out with a personal trainer twice a week, I'm not one to monitor my carb intake.

I'm one of those lucky people who can pretty much eat what I want and I don't really put on any weight.

Long may it last.

I rarely feel guilty if I eat chocolate and I'm not afraid about limiting myself generally when it comes to food, but I do think a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

If myself and my room mate Ruth are cooking at home, we try to keep it clean.

I'm into making smoothies at the moment too.

And I do like to keep fit.

I'm going over to Ibiza in
August for a long weekend with some of my girlfriends, so I'm working out with James Murphy at Zest fitness in the meantime to get my body in shape before putting on a bikini.

I try to fit one or two sessions in a week, whenever I'm not
running around in my high heels, which is literally like a work out in itself.

I enjoy it though. I believe looking good is important and to that end, I've signed myself up to a make up course to learn how to be at my best.
