Cú CHULAINN..............................2-11 BALLYBODEN ST ENDA'S.................2-2

Cú Chulainn turned the formbook on its head as they accounted for a battling Ballyboden St Enda's by 2-11 to 2-2 in their Division 7 Feile Final at Parnell Park on Sunday afternoon, writes Rónán Mac Lochlainn.

The amalgamation of Round Tower's Lusk and Man O' War were well beaten by Boden in the group stages the previous day, but they gained revenge by producing a scintillating performance, driven on by their midfield pairing of Cormac Howley and captain Rory Harford.

St Enda's struggled to replicate their form of Saturday but the likes of Luke Corcoran, Ross McClelland, Robert Keegan, Cian O'Sullivan, Gavin Morrell and Barry O'Donnell all fought valiantly and goals by McClelland and David Emmanuel gave them brief hope.

However, Howley was the game's dominant player, kicking 2-6 in total, while Aaron Duffy, Cillian Healy, Fionn Malone and Fiachra Cassin more than played their part in their side's nine-point win.
