Bournemouth's poor form continued against Wolves but Eddie Howe insists his side need only look at their opponents to see how quickly fortunes can change.

Saturday's 2-0 defeat was a sixth loss in the last seven Premier League matches for the Cherries.

For Wolves, it was a third consecutive win in the top-flight for the first time since 1980.

But before that, Nuno Espirito Santo's side had endured a six-game winless streak in the Premier League which included five defeats. "The only way we can turn it around is to get a result, get a performance and get the two married together and kick on from there," said Howe.

"Wolves did it recently. They were on a bad run but they've just won three in a row. That's our target.

Nuno's team are now eighth thanks to goals from Raul Jimenez and Ivan Cavaleiro.

Nuno said: "Hard work took us out of that bad moment and now we must continue because Liverpool on Friday is going to be very tough."
