Britain's Next Top Model contestant Hannah Devane is heading over to London to go agency hunting.

The Diary can reveal how the Ballsbridge beauty (21) is flying over to Britain in a bid to sign up with a top model company.

The 5ft 11in beauty was spotted in Krystle over the weekend letting her hair down with a group of pals ahead of her trip abroad.

But she said it's merely a sounding-out trip as she plans her next move after being hailed as the one to watch in the modelling industry.

"I'm going over for a week just to go agency hunting," she explained.

"I'm still with Andrea Roche and am working lots with her, it's all going great."

She has been tipped for the top since her appearance on the show, where she won fans with her lithe limbs and genuine personality.

The Miss Universe Ireland finalist has also got a reunion coming up with her pals from the Sky Living TV programme at the end of October.

She'll be strutting her stuff at the BINTM Live show in London with the three-day featuring catwalk shows and exhibitor stands.

"I am going back for that, I'll actually turn 22 at the same time so I'll be celebrating my birthday over there," she continued.

The leggy brunette has been working steadily since making her debut on Elle Macpherson's hit show.

As well as taking on a job for a few months as manager at Hollister in Dundrum Town Centre, which she has now given up, she has also featured in countless photo shoots here.

She was the runner-up to Aoife Bannon in the Miss Universe Ireland competition last June and has also been asked to become a HOPE foundation ambassador thanks to all her charity work.

However, the graduate of Social Science from UCD has always said that if the "right opportunity" came her way, she would consider a move to London.

"I don't know what's going to happen now but that's the exciting thing. I'm going to try modelling here and I might go over the London and try there," she explained.

"I don't have a set plan yet and we'll just see what arises and I'm open to any opportunities.

"I have some great photos for my portfolio and I have learnt loads from the show. I was getting advice and feedback from top industry experts and you just have to grab the opportunity with both hands."
