Gardai appeal for help to find missing girl (19)

FEARS surround a teenage girl who has been missing from her home in south Dublin for two weeks.

Violet Hughes (19) was last seen on Sunday, February 27, in the Cabinteely area and gardai are appealing for information about her whereabouts.

The young Dubliner is described as being 5ft with short blonde, shoulder-length hair.

When last seen, Violet was wearing a black coat, green trousers and black boots.

It is believed that there have been a number of sightings of her in the past week, but gardai are desperately appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Anyone who thinks they may know where Violet is, or have seen her in the area, is asked to contact Cabinteely Garda Station on 01-6665400 or call the Garda Confidential Line on 1-800-666-111.

Alternatively, they may call into any Garda Station.
