Fermanagh batter Cats
KILKENNY suffered a humiliating 9-23 to 0-4 defeat at the hands of Peter Canavan's Fermanagh at Nowlan Park.
Seamus Quigley hit 2-12 for the Ernesiders while James Sherry, Brian Cox, Michael Jones, Paul Ward, Ryan Keenan (2) and Declan McCusker also found the net.
The Ernesiders led 6-9 to 0-2 at half-time and added a further 3-14 in the second.
Waterford corner-forward Mark Ferncombe grabbed a hat-trick of goals as he inspired his side to a 4-7 to 1-12 win over Wicklow in Aughrim.
Ferncombe's hat-trick in the opening quarter devastated the home side and there was no doubting the outcome after Shane Ahern's strike in the second half.
Goals from Brian Murphy and John Murphy, who scored from the spot, helped Carlow to take the points in Ruislip against London with a 2-6 to 0-4 win.
Despite a second-half rally from Limerick, Clare held on to win 0-10 to 0-9 at Cusack Park.
