Channel 4, 8pm Kirstie Allsopp visits the Nidderdale (stop sniggering) agricultural show in the Yorkshire Dales and enters the produce competition. She tries her hand at cooking a pork pie, learns how to make her own sausages and finds out what goes into brawn -- a dish usually derived from a pig's head. (Any Irish bankers available?)
