OPERATION Transformation reaches its dramatic finale tonight with the revelation that this year's leaders lost nearly 10 stone between them over the past eight weeks.
Veronica Horgan, Eilish Kavanagh, Mark McArdle, Alan Mullen and Louise Ormsby will show off their new-look slimmed-down bodies and reveal if they've reached their targets.
Dublin leader Louise Ormsby said she's tantalisingly close to reaching her own personal goal.
When Louise (34) started the series - presented by Kathryn Thomas - at 13 stone 12-and-a-half pounds, she was having trouble getting pregnant and fertility treatment was a no-go because of her weight.
However, having shed 18-and-a-half pounds, the Adamstown native is only two pounds away from her goal.
"Telling the world my problems and issues was definitely the hardest part of it," Louise told the Herald. "Having people judging me every week on how much I lost was putting a lot of pressure on me.
"I gave up cigarettes and that turned out to be one of the easier things, which I thought was going to be really hard."
Louise said she definitely won't be going back to her old unhealthy lifestyle.
"I'm continuing my eating plan, I'm still exercising and I'm not going to start smoking again. I'm really chuffed with myself," she said.
Sick of being filmed in her Lycra gym clothes over the past eight weeks, Louise admitted she loved having the chance to get dolled up for tonight's show.
"Brendan Courtney brought so many gorgeous outfits and dressed me in things I would never have thought of wearing but really suited me," she said.
The Operation Transformation finale is on RTE One tonight at 8.30pm.
