NO Frontiers will be back on our screens this summer -- but this time with themed episodes from archives.
RTE will be airing the recently axed travel programme, which proved a firm viewers' favourite over its 12-year lifespan, with every episode on a particular destination.
No Frontiers: More Good Reasons will relive some of Kathryn Thomas's best moments on the programme -- kicking off with a focus on Australia.
And, as staycations have become the holiday of choice, each episode will feature a special segment on an Irish destination.
"The series will revisit some of the best holiday reports from the No Frontiers archives. Each programme will be themed, whether it's family breaks or saddling up for an equestrian holiday.
"More Good Reasons will also feature plenty of well-known faces such as George Hook, Sonya Lennon and Tracy Piggott," an RTE spokesperson said.
"This year even more people have decided to holiday at home. So each programme of More Good Reasons will see Kathryn Thomas present the show from a location around Ireland.
"Whether it's beautiful Cobh or adventure sports in Carlingford, Kathryn will show you that there are some great holiday options on our home turf."
The first Australian episode will see Kathryn heading into the outback to spend time with the native aboriginal people and discover survival techniques in the bush.
Afterwards, viewers will be reminded of life in the island of Tasmania -- which will focus on the opportunity to see a "different side" to Australia and indulging in great food and wine.
And in the final segment, the host, who was recently voted Best Female TV presenter, will embark on a road trip along the Great Ocean Road in South East Australia passing through lush forests and cliff faces.
