Grieving Simon Cowell pulls auditions for X Factor
X Factor auditions due to take place tomorrow have been postponed due to "unforeseen circumstances".
Simon Cowell's mother Julie died last Sunday and it has been reported that her funeral will take place tomorrow.
A spokesman declined to comment on the reason for the change but said auditions would resume on Wednesday.
The music mogul paid tribute to his late mother, who was 89, on Twitter, writing: "My family lost someone very special. My Mum. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all of the kind messages received. Thank you. X"
Mrs Cowell was the mother of four boys - Nicholas, Simon, Tony and Michael.
