Top model Roz Purcell got an impressive four stars for her menu on TV3's The Restaurant last night, with critic Tom Doorley describing her dessert as "really utterly seductive and gorgeous".
Tipperary native Roz went for a 'Saints and Sinners' menu, and took inspiration from her Natural Born Feeder blog, which explores vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, paleo and raw recipes.
But the healthier options weren't to everyone's tastes.
"I went in really wanting to get five stars, but I understand that the healthy dishes weren't to everyone's taste, especially the healthy dessert," Roz told the Herald.
The dessert called Date Night Dessert was a guilt-free banana and tropical concoction that was both paleo and raw, but Paolo Tulio wasn't the biggest fan of it.
However, her indulgent option, Death Row Dessert - The Doughnut Of Dome, was met with resounding praise, especially from Tom.
"It is really utterly seductive and gorgeous, and theatrical without being over the top," he said.
"Well it is over the top. I don't care if it's over the top, it's fabulous. It's bliss. It's approaching nirvana. It's perfect."
Meanwhile, Roz (24) said she couldn't bring herself to watch the episode live last night.
"I'm so nervous about seeing it, I couldn't sit down to watch it last night because Bressie and my sister Rachel would just slag me," she laughed.
"I think I'll have to watch it on my own, with the sound off maybe."
