Big Brother officials have announced a double eviction from the house on Wednesday in the semi-final of the final series of the show.
Michelle Bass, "Nasty" Nick Bateman and Vanessa Feltz all face the boot after being nominated by their fellow housemates.
After the eviction there will be seven contestants left to battle each other for the Ultimate Big Brother crown in Friday's grand finale.
In one of the latest tasks, housemate Brian Dowling had to plunge his hands into a pile of nettles to win contestants a party for the evening.
The tasks housemates had to complete a series of uncomfortable challenges without making a sound. When Brian entered the task room he was ordered by Big Brother to find a "needle in a nettle stack" in three minutes.
The former Ryanair cabin crew supervisor pulled off his hat in frustration and screamed when the three minutes was up.
The 32-year-old, who won the show in 2001, is the bookies' favourite to win the series.
Bookmakers William Hill have him priced at 2/5. Chantelle Houghton is in the running to come second at 9/4 while Nikki Grahame is third at 12/1.
During other silent tasks, Bass was tickled by Big Brother 4 housemate Jon Tickle, Feltz and Houghton played catch with a cactus and Bateman crawled across 300 upturned hairbrushes.
