AN Irish radio show has won a prestigious award at the World's Best Radio Programmes ceremony.
Dublin's 98FM has seen its Dermot & Dave slot, hosted by Dermot Whelan and Dave Moore, take home the gong for Best Comedy, Humour and Personality at the bash held in New York on Monday night.
The show, broadcast between 4pm and 7pm from Monday to Friday, was the only Irish contender in its category and was chosen by a grand jury, who selected 196 entries from 22 countries as finalists.
