Culinary delight as Rosanna heads Celebrity Come Dine With Me

FILMING for the next series of Celebrity Come Dine With Me has just wrapped up -- and the Herald can exclusively reveal the star-studded line-up.

Former Miss World Rosanna Davison will be delighting her guests with vegan treats.

And joining her will be top model boss Celia Holman Lee, Apprentice runner-up Geraldine O'Callaghan, comedian Joe Rooney and top celebrity photographer Brian McEvoy.

While the first series of CDWM saw a mainly male line-up -- George McMahon, Brian Kennedy, former showbiz reporter Paul Martin and TV3 star Noel Cunningham starring alongside model Rozanna Purcell -- it's the women who will rule the roost this time. A TV3 insider said tensions are high as the three women are extremely competitive.

"This time round it's all about the girls. Paul and Brian were the main stars of the show last time but it's all girl power with this series. It's a long week and it's hard to stay chirpy so let's just say things don't run too smoothly.

"Celia, Rosanna and Geraldine are all extremely competitive in their working lives so it's no shock that they were in it to win it.

"There are some bickering moments throughout the week, no doubt about that. Rosanna and Celia get on really well but they don't really know Geraldine," the source explained.

Meanwhile, comedian Joe, who is best known for his role as Father Damo on Father Ted, provided the entertainment during the long hours of filming.

And TV3 producers were over the moon when top celebrity photographer Brian, who has been credited for launching the careers of Georgia Salpa, Nadia Forde and Tiffany Stanley, agreed to do the show at the last minute.

An insider explained Brian was called in to do the show after Jedward's manager Liam McKenna was unable to take part in the series. The former Six band member had been rushed to hospital before filming as he was suffering from pneumonia.

Viewers are set to see another Celebrity Come Dine With Me later this month with model Pippa O'Connor, Holly Sweeney, Michael O'Doherty, Shane Byrne and Madeline Mulqueen.
