RTE1, 8.30pm The enthusiastic young chef, Donal Skehan (below), travels to Stockholm in Sweden for a festive edition of the cookery programme, where he makes glugg, a local gluwein, at a market before preparing gingerbread at a friend's house. He then goes north to Kiruna in the Arctic circle, and cooks baked ham, gravadlax and a Christmas rice pudding at the world's first ice hotel.
