She's just had a hectic week of birthday celebrations, but it seems Laura Whitmore (right) is feeling more energetic than ever as she competed in two races over the weekend.
The former MTV star, who turned 30 last week, traded her stilettos for trainers as she joined her presenter pal Eoghan McDermott for Pieta House's Darkness into Light walk in London in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The blonde, who has recently been named as the face of Estee Lauder's Double Confidence campaign, also brought along her puppy Mick for the 5km charity walk.
Not one to put up her feet for long, on Sunday the broadcaster competed in London's Run Hackney Half Marathon - completing the 13-mile course in just over two hours.
Posting a picture of her medal, fitness fanatic Laura seemed to be chuffed with her performance.
"Boom! 2 hrs 7 mins.. For a girl who doesn't run I'm pretty happy with myself," the Bray native wrote.
