RONAN Keating and his girlfriend have pencilled in a return home to Ireland next year.

Ronan and Storm Uechtritz are currently living it up in London while he performs in the West End musical version of Once.

The Boyzone singer and his Australian girlfriend are planning on spending Christmas there with his three children, Jack, Missy and Ali.

And it looks as if the loved-up couple will be making the move more permanent by April 2015.

Friends have said that they are currently house-hunting, with outdoorsy Storm already admitting that she would love to live on a farm.

Ronan has been away from his children for a number of months each year, with a large proportion of his time spent in Australia where he is a judge on the X Factor since 2010.

Despite their split, Ronan has remained close to his ex-wife Yvonne (pictured), who recently revealed she will be spending Christmas in London with Ronan and Storm and the children.

Storm and Ronan were feeling particularly loved up in the UK capital and shared some couple photos online with their followers.

"London shining bright for Christmas - feeling very lucky to be where I am in life and with my one and only Ronan Keating," Storm said on Instagram over the weekend.

Ronan responded with: "Thank you angel. As you are mine."

Ronan marked his late mum's birthday last week with a photo of the Keating family when he was a baby.

He accompanied the pic with a toast to his Marie who passed away: "#HeresTo Our Mum I miss her every day."

The singer had been tipped to be in the running to take over from Louis Walsh at the UK X Factor, but Walsh later dismissed the rumours.

Ronan was one of the first to audition for Louis's boyband Boyzone back in 1993, but the two don't have much dealings anymore.

"Ronan's not on the show," Louis said in response to questions about a possible successor.

"Can I just say he's just too boring to mention and he's just so 20 years ago."
