EX-WESTLIFE singer Kian Egan has warned an obsessed fan to stay away from his family.

The fanatic woman sent him several letters and then moved on to tracing him to his home in Sligo. At one point she turned up outside his house at at 1am and claimed they "needed to talk".

Now the European individual has moved to his home county.

But Kian (33) issued a stark message to the fanatic. "If she ever went near my wife and child, I would go straight to the gardai," he said.

"We've always had loads of girls following us around but alarm bells really started ringing for me about this one girl when she sent me a letter saying my marriage to my wife Jodi was nothing but a 'publicity stunt' and for this reason she was going to stop being a fan.

"I didn't see her for years until one night I pulled up outside my house in Sligo at 1am, got out of my car, turned around, and there she was standing there.

"She said 'We need to talk', and I was like, 'No', and turned on my heels and got into the house."
