... Jedward to support westies at Croker gig

They can't sing, they can't dance but this summer X Factor duo Jedward will play in front of thousands of screaming fans with Westlife in Croke Park.

The twins from Lucan have just been confirmed as the support act for June 5 this year.

Earlier this week, Westlife's Nicky Byrne hinted about the upcoming gig on his Twitter page.

"Also got some news about another set of very special guests to support for our show in Croke Park! Guess who?" he wrote. "Yep it's the Jedward boys! It's gonna be a crazy night!"

The Dubliners have recently signed with Sony Music and are managed by Louis Walsh and Ashley Tabor, Founder and Group CEO of Global.

"Jedward really captured the public's imagination whilst on The X Factor and love them or hate them you can't deny that they were the talking point of the series," Louis said.
