They are practically joined at the hip and now loved-up couple Storm Uechtritz and Ronan Keating have shown their commitment to each other once more - by opening a joint Snapchat account.

The newly-engaged duo are not shy when it comes to showing off their relationship on social media, regularly updating their followers with personal photos and proclamations of love for each other, and now they're getting even more snap-happy with the popular app.

Australian TV producer Storm invited fans to add the couple on Snapchat for even more updates on their jet-set life.

"We just joined snapchat username: RonanStorm #MovingWithTheTimes," she wrote on Instagram.

It seems their love for one another has provided Boyzone star Ronan with inspiration for new music as he hit the recording studios in New York for his new album last week.

As always, Storm was by the crooner's side as he worked with US songwriter Gregg Alexander (inset) on new tracks.

"Feeling very privileged to be sitting in on the #NYC songwriting sessions with this maestro," Storm wrote.

The pair got engaged in April but it has been rumoured that they're set to tie the knot in a ceremony in Scotland this summer.

Solas fires up barbie

With the weather hotting up it's well and truly barbecue season and to celebrate Denny is hosting a special BBQ event on Thursday.

To launch their new Fire and Smoke range, the brand will be taking over Solas on Camden Street for an American-inspired extravaganza.

From 6pm to 8.30pm the bar will be buzzing with a BBQ masterclass on the art of fire and smoke from Andy Noonan, deep south funk tunes from DJ Baz Hickey and American craft beers.

Cars double parked

Following their sold-out show at Dublin's Olympia theatre in March, home-grown band Walking On Cars have announced they'll be playing another show as they return to the capital this autumn.

Due to increased demand, the band will now play two shows in the Olympia on October 20-21.

Tickets priced from €23 and are on sale now from Ticketmaster.
