She is still looking for love, but it is far from knitting needles and sitting in at the weekend for glamorous weather girl Nuala Carey.
The RTE star has made no secret of her quest for a man in the past and famously dabbled in the dating scene when she appeared on Derek Mooney's radio show Searching For Mr Right.
Three years ago, Nuala also appeared on a Late Late Show panel discussion about love and the difficulty that some people were having in finding it.
After embarking on a relationship in May 2011, Nuala is single again and is remaining philosophical about finding the one, saying: "Sure it's all a bit of faith."
"I have a good laugh with all my friends so it's not like I am sitting at home knitting every night of the week," Nuala (36) told the Diary.
"I actually am too busy and it is my own fault. I don't really have enough time to do my own thing."
It seems that men can't keep up with the high-flying presenter, who recently admitted to a fling with Hollywood heartthrob Jared Leto.
Nuala also had a run-in with Mel Gibson when she appeared as an extra on Braveheart, playing a corpse that is carried across the battlefield by the actor.
It's no wonder the chatty presenter has little time with all of her on-screen and off-screen commitments.
While many of us hit barbecues or the beach to soak up the sun rays last weekend, Nuala spent three days judging the Dublin heats of the Rose of Tralee.
On Thursday she stopped by the Fade Street Social for the launch of the Brennan's Bread Summer recipes, looking her best in a royal blue dress from budget chain Penneys.
It was a quick wardrobe change and Nuala was back on the tiles again that night for the launch of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby, which will take place at the Curragh Racecourse later this month.
Aside from her personal life, things have been going from strength to strength for Nuala on-screen as she branches out from delivering the weather forecast.
She is a regular guest on several TV and radio shows and is looking forward to the return of the Today show on RTE in September on which she is a contributor.
However, Nuala is content with the weather gig and has no five-year-plan for TV domination. "I'm not like that, I just see what happens," explained the pretty blonde.
"I really like what I do already so I'm not yearning to get out and try something else.
"I'm actually very fulfiled as it is, but obviously I would consider anything if it came up," she added.
