HE is currently in the Scottish hills shooting a film all about greed and blood, but over in the States, Jack Reynor has been getting the Hollywood treatment.
The Wicklow actor is set to become a bonafide A-lister when blockbuster film Transformers 4 hits screens this summer.
And if the actor's first movie poster is anything to go by, film producers are grooming him to be the next big thing.
The 22-year-old, who is currently filming in Scotland alongside Michael Fassbender in a movie adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth, looks every inch a Hollywood star in the new promotional poster for the fourth instalment of Transformers.
There have been select shots of Reynor in character as Shane. However, this is the first official image of him released by Paramount Pictures.
The actor, who is dating Limerick model Madeline Mulqueen, has come a long way since starring in award-winning independent film What Richard Did.
He was hand-picked to star in the newest instalment of the hit action franchise Transformers by director Michael Bay after seeing his performance in the Lenny Abrahamson film for which Reynor won an IFTA last year.
"Jack is filming in Scotland and will be there until later in March, he is having a great time," his agent told the Herald.
