CONGRATS to Today FM broadcaster Tony Fenton after he won a celebrity cooking challenge.
The golden-voiced presenter beat former Miss Ireland Lynda Duffy to the big prize during a cooking night at the g hotel over the weekend.
Some 90 guests assembled in Gigi's restaurant to enjoy a three-course meal as a panel of well-known food critics gave their verdict.
The night was MC-ed by TG4 presenter Loretta Ni Ghabhain with all the proceeds going towards Console, the charity set up by local businesswoman Phyllis McNamara.
Chat show host Jonathan Ross certainly didn't hold back after jetting into Dublin over the weekend to appear on the Late Late Show. The well-known personality told host Ryan Tubridy how he bore an uncanny resemblance to John and Edward Grimes.
"I love Jedward -- you look a bit like Jedward's creepy older brother -- you wanna watch that quiff, it's getting a bit Jeddy," he said.
He also said that he wasn't that comfortable being the subject of an interview as opposed to conducting one.
X Factor boss Louis Walsh will be making his fashion judging debut at Punchestown racecourse on Friday. Other judges at the festival, which kicks off tomorrow, will include Pippa O'Connor and Gillian Quinn alongside Linda Martin, Lisa Fitzpatrick, Sinead Desmond and Roz Purcell.
Also judging will be Residence club owner Olivia Gaynor Long as well as Aurora Fashions Ireland chairman Ian Galvin.
Each day will see one lucky winner trot home with a €1,000 voucher for Coast with a prize worth more than €7,000 up for grabs for the overall winner on Friday.
Funnyman Bill Bailey has just added some extra dates to his forthcoming Dublin shows. He has already sold out his two dates at the Bord Gais Energy theatre and has confirmed he'll do two more performances at the Olympia on June 1 and 2.
