Teen model Thalia every inch the pro in debut catwalk turn

TEENAGE modelling sensation Thalia Heffernan made her debut at a Peter O'Brien fashion show when she took to the stage at Arnotts last night.

There to help showcase the Irish designer's third Autumn/Winter collection, the 17-year-old looked every inch the cool professional as she shared the stage with show regulars such as Sarah Morrissey and Yomiko.

Thalia is currently juggling the demands of modelling while also studying for her Leaving Cert, but she is tipped to have a bright future.

Other attendees at the bash included Lorraine Keane, RTE's Pamela Flood and Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh as well as Brendan Courtney and Sonya Lennon.

Fashion fans including Deborah Veale, Clodagh McKenna and Arnotts CEO Nigel Blow also saw the show, which featured a capsule collection of 28 designs.

Designer Peter was also there himself and was congratulated on his third collection for the store,

O'Brien said the collection had been "fun" to work on.
