Tallafornia fans ruining my taxi career, says Corminator

REALITY star Cormac Brannigan has admitted that Tallafornia is ruining his taxi-driving career.

The 29-year-old, known as the 'Corminator', told how fame had resulted in fewer fares for him because fans of the show had forced him to get tinted windows in his car.

"What they're doing now is they come over in a group of 20 and they're all taking photographs and they get into the car and they don't want to go anywhere," he said.

"But I'm not interested in all that. I'm working and trying to make some money. So now I have tints in the windows and I don't turn the light on and I don't catch anyone's eye. I'm getting half the amount of fares."

Speaking in The Dubliner, exclusively in tomorrow's Herald, the former IT Tallaght graduate, also revealed how Tallafornia had boosted his popularity.

The bodybuilder added: "I have loads of girls on Twitter and Facebook telling me they love me and they want to meet up with me and trying to send me their numbers ... but I haven't bothered with any of them."

He has racked up over 3,500 followers on his social networking site but continues to describe Tallafornia co-star Nikita Murray (19), who he kissed on the first episode of the TV3 series, as "different class".
