Sorry guys, Audrina won't be heading for the hills of Ireland

REALITY TV star Audrina Patridge won't make it to Ireland this year - but The Hills star is planning a trip here in the future.

Rumours have been rife in showbiz circles in recent weeks that Audrina (25) would be jetting into Dublin on a promotional tour of clubs in the capital, Kildare and Belfast.

According to insiders, she also planned a tour of the country's scenic spots.

But it emerged today that Patridge, whose new production The Audrina Show is set to air shortly, won't be able to make it here in 2010.

A spokeswoman for the firm representing Audrina, quashed the rumours when contacted by the Herald today.

She said: "Audrina is not scheduled to appear. She would absolutely love to visit and when her schedule permits she will look into planning a trip.

"We believe someone was putting out incorrect information and Audrina would hate for any of her fans to be disappointed by this."

Modelling

The curvy skater girl shot to fame in the high ranking MTV series which starred Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag and followed their lives in the Hollywood Hills.

Since the final series of the reality show, Audrina has lined up modelling contracts, film roles and TV slots including a spin-off series, The Audrina Show.

She's due to make at least one trip across the pond when she flies over next week to host an MTV party in London where she'll be presented with a dress signed by UK Hills fans.

It's the second time one of The Hills' stars has been mentioned as in the running for a Irish visit - only for fans to be left disappointed.

Last August, Hollywood hunk Brody Jenner's name was mentioned in the list of guests potentially putting in a personal appearance at Drogheda night club Earth for a Malibu Beach Party.

So far, the only Hills member to make it onto Irish shores is Brody Jenner's ex-girlfriend and former Playmate, Jayde Nicole who visited Naas over the Easter weekend.
